About The Villas Association
The Villas of Bonner Hills Condominium Association is dedicated to fostering a connected and thriving neighborhood. Through the leadership of the HOA board, the association supports smooth operations, ensures community standards are met, and enhances the unique character of The Villas.
Bonner Hills Villas Condominium Association consists of 12 units in 3 buildings with a mix of single and two story options.
Governance and Structure
The Board of Directors is made up of 3 elected members who volunteer their time to lead and serve the community.
Bonner Hills Villas has a contract with Associa Kramer-Triad Management Group of Ann Arbor, Michigan to facilitate day to day operations.
Board meetings are regularly held to engage with residents, discuss community development initiatives, and oversee association responsibilities.
Residents are always encouraged to join in and share their perspectives!
