The Bonner Hills Condominium Community Association strives to uphold the values of conservation, promote community, and champion sustainable practices. By working together, we aim to foster an unique living atmosphere that connects the needs of modern living with the beauty of our southeast Michigan region.
Bonner Hills is proud to be the only Environmental Residential Community in the area. This distinction highlights our dedication to maintaining ecological balance and ensuring the sustainability of our neighborhood. The ERC embodies this mission by preserving natural resources, enhancing green spaces, and involving residents in meaningful environmental initiatives.
What this means for residents and the community:
Ongoing projects include habitat maintenance, native species planting, and other green initiatives.
Opportunities for residents to participate in keeping our community’s natural beauty for decades to come.
With a focus on eco-friendly living, homes built in Bonner Hills are designed to promote efficiency through green building design.
A centralized place to stay informed about upcoming events.
