Bonner Hills Community Association Board Meeting
All Residents are invited to attend the annual Bonner Hills Community Association board meeting on Thursday May 15, 2025 from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm to be held at the Tecumseh District Library conference room A1/2.
Environmental Residential Community (ERC)
Bonner Hills is proud to be the only Environmental Residential Community in the area. This distinction highlights our dedication to maintaining ecological balance and ensuring the sustainability of our neighborhood. The ERC embodies this mission by preserving natural resources, enhancing green spaces, and involving residents in meaningful environmental initiatives.

Meet the Board
The Community Association Board consists of 6 board members. The board is made up of 2 members from each HOA, consisting of each HOA President and another HOA member. The Community Association Board elects its officers at an annual meeting in October that is open to all residents for discussion and questions and answers. The Board meets on a quarterly basis to review budgets and issues that is not open to all residents. Minutes from all the meetings are posted on the website.
