Community Association

The Bonner Hills Condominium Community Association strives to uphold the values of conservation, promote community, and champion sustainable practices. By working together, we aim to foster an unique living atmosphere that connects the needs of modern living with the beauty of our southeast Michigan region.

Environmental Residential Community (ERC)

Bonner Hills is proud to be the only Environmental Residential Community in the area. This distinction highlights our dedication to maintaining ecological balance and ensuring the sustainability of our neighborhood. The ERC embodies this mission by preserving natural resources, enhancing green spaces, and involving residents in meaningful environmental initiatives.

What this means for residents and the community:

Conservation Efforts

Ongoing projects include habitat maintenance, native species planting, and other green initiatives.

Community Engagement

Opportunities for residents to participate in keeping our community’s natural beauty for decades to come.

Sustainable Design

With a focus on eco-friendly living, homes built in Bonner Hills are designed to promote efficiency through green building design.

Conservation Easement

The Conservation Easement is a critical component of Bonner Hills' commitment to protecting our natural surroundings. This agreement ensures that specific areas within the community remain undeveloped and are preserved for ecological purposes.

The easement supports biodiversity, safeguards wildlife habitats, and maintains the scenic beauty of our landscape.
