About the Estates Association
The Bonner Hills Estates Condominium Association is focused on creating a thriving and well-organized community. Guided by the HOA board, the association manages neighborhood operations, enforces community standards, and works to continuously improve the area for all residents.
Governance and Structure
The Board of Directors is composed of 4 members elected by the community, volunteering their time to lead.
Regular board meetings are held to address resident feedback, discuss plans for neighborhood growth, and oversee the association's duties.
